We do not offer refunds for the cancellation or early termination of donations. Once a donation has been made, it is non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel or withdraw your donation at any time.

In exceptional cases, if a donor requests a refund, the matter will be presented to the Board of Governors for review. The decision regarding the refund will be based on their evaluation of the situation.
